ESSAY OF THE ORIGINE AND THE CREATION OF THE

ASSOCIATION OF THE YOUTHS OF PETIT-PARIS (AYPP) FOUMBOT

A) THE IDEALISM

It is from the philosophy classes that I received in ‘terminale’ that the idea of a united association of the youths of PETIT-PARIS a quarter of NJIMBOT I, Foumbot. The humanist Emmanuel MOUNIER thinks that <<l’autre>

> that is, standing as one we, youths of Petit-Paris, can better blossom thus developing our culture and fight together against the numerous calamities threatening our society, according to RALPHLINTON, : << the global lifestyle of a society >>.

Thus, the necessity to concretise this dream.

B) OTHERS, EXTINCTION OF MY BEING

I thought it wise to seek some advice from my nearest neighbour since he is a programmer and so might be of help to us in the typing of texts. He finds my initiative good and interesting and enlightened me on the advantages of such an idea. However he doesn't seem to want to concretize it. However it was necessary to get to work by convening a meeting of contact hold, hoping for a vision towards the same objectives.

I proposed to him that well-typed invitations will be captivating. Given that he is a programmer, he will be able to produce original copies and I will take care of the expenses of photocopies so that every house has an invitation. He turned me down and considered me not like an end but like a means. Going thus in opposition to the Maxim KANTIENNE school of thought which says that : << Act in such way that you consider the human like an end never like a means >>.

There is the reason for which the association will later see the day.

C) A MAN OF PERSEVERANCE

I could not drop out such a big initiative, with the virtuous corollaries. I endeavoured nevertheless to make only of the plugs to ear and youths were nevertheless interested parties. But it was necessary to have a catalyst.

D) A CATALYST: THE END OF THE OFFICIAL EXAMS

Having finished the official exams of the year 2003, Youths of Petit-Paris will want to distract themselves with a recreational evening. All they want at this time is have fun and distraction. I therefore used this opportunity to lunch the association with a gala night which I named Association of the Youths of Petit-Paris (A.Y.P.P).

E) THE UNEXPECTED MEETINGS

On Thursday 26^th, Youths met at my neighbour's house meanwhile he had given us a fake rendezvous. He allowed us to sit at their place but wasn’t present during the meeting. Nevertheless we sat in the yard while constituting for the main time a board of directors

On Friday 27th the President, founder, already took over the Association during which the sum of 1.000 FRS was set as contribution by every member. In addition help letters had to be distributed to parents of Petit-Paris. Each member, after having paid his or her contribution, was to be given one invitation card.

The feast was scheduled for the Monday 30th because by July 1st, students were already leaving for holidays.

G) RULES AND REGULATION OF THE A.Y.P.P.

1. Meetings

They will be held every first and third Friday of the month at 4pm.

2. The premises

The apartment (N°1) of the late Dad Jean-Bart SOUKONTOUA’s residence is kept like place that will shelter meetings solely.

3. Sanctions

«15 mins delay:

- Simple member: 25 FRS

- Member of the office: 50 FRS

«Unjustified absence:

- All members: 100 FRS

«Disturbance:

- All members: 25 FRS

«Noise:

- All members: 25 FRS

«Talking without permission:

- All members: 50 FRS

«Bottom of cash-box per month:

- All disconcerted member: 200 FRS

«Aid for all members regularly registered:

- In cases of misfortune: 500 FRS

- In cases of happiness: 300 FRS

- In cases of serious illnesses case: 300frs

MEETING OF RELANCEMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION

OF YOUTHS OF PETIT-PARIS

The meeting that had to start to 15h started to 16h30. The present members effectively (35 to the whole) wrote down their names on the list of presence. The agenda is structured as well as it follows:

1-National Anthem

2-Mot of the president by interim

3-Presentation individual

4-Mot of the founder

5-Election of members of the office

6-Election of members of the senate

7-Statut and interior regulation

8-Fetth of year end

9-Hymnth AYPP

To 16h44min, the president by interim mr EUGENE NSANGOU read his/her/its word of welcome and left the following, that been the individual presentation of members.

To 16h50min, the founder Mr. Stephane EPANDA took the word to make to members of reasons for which he has creates this association of young .Ils described to the assembly the genesis of the AYPP that dates of June 2003 also.

To 17h00, started the election of members of the office followed of the reading of the interior regulation by the president by interim. All members approved this regulation. The founder gave out the idea according to which all members should give a sum of 500frs for their enrollment then. This enrollment would mean a complete adherence in the association and this one should attend the member writes down in period of happiness and misfortune.

The meeting will take place every fourth Friday of the month to 16h00 precise in DAD'S lounge JEAN-BART.

The eighth point has been welcomed with a lot of pleasure by members It was effectively about the preparation of an official reception evening that would mark the of the school year. This point caused bcup of intervention on behalf of members until there mute These interventions carried on the sum that had to pour every members as contribution to the so-called feast and on the place or will take place this last. But the following of preparations of this evening will take place to the next sitting that to be-to-say the Friday 25 May 2007.

The e meeting took end to 18h30 with the execution of the hymn of the AYPP in the run, hymn conceived by the founder of the association.
